Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product received is damaged during shipping.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Healing, spiritual, wellness, or hygiene-related products once delivered.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
